Mary-Kate and I would like to say a huge thank you to Mark, Freda and all the staff for your efforts and for making our wedding in April such a special and memorable day. From the first time we visited Pembroke Lodge when looking for a venue you were all so helpful and made everything so easy for us. Your organisation was superb and at all times you were helpful and attentive. Everyone had told us how stressful organising a wedding is but we would disagree, and that's almost entirely due to the help, advice, tips and the service you gave us. The rest is due to the suppliers you recommended for things like the flowers and chair covers who again made the experience as easy and stress free as possible. The day itself was amazing and we will remember it forever; we thought it would be good but it surpassed all our expectations! Nothing went wrong (or not that we saw) and Mary-Kate and I were able to completely relax and enjoy the day. As Master of Ceremonies Mark was superb, gently guiding us through the day and keeping things organised and on time. The food was amazing and the room looked stunning. The feedback from our guests has been great, with many saying it was the most relaxed and fun wedding they've been to and a large part of that credit has to go to you all for your relaxed, friendly and extremely slick organisation and service. Mary-Kate and I will remember the day forever and I think our guests will. It was a huge amount of fun and we can't thank you enough. The only problem now is that we both want to do it all over again - we're looking forward to the big anniversary, Christening or other big occasion that will give us a suitable excuse to use Pembroke Lodge and your services again!

We cannot thank you enough for your help in making our wedding day so perfect. From the fantastic organisation and professionalism of the service and staff to the delicious food, you exceeded all our expectations. Nothing was too much to ask for and your attention to detail to us made the day perfect. We have received so many compliments on the venue, the food, the helpful staff and the decoration. Nelson, in particular, you stood out for us. Your help and support was invaluable, you were simply fantastic. We cannot thank you enough for making sure our day ran smoothly. We have always loved Pembroke Lodge as visitors, so to marry and celebrate our marriage there with our family and friends makes it all the more special for us. You have all been great at helping with our enquiries and questions. Whenever we asked for something, there were no questions asked from you all and everything was actioned with urgency or done swiftly. We commend you all on your great customer service and for making the wedding process go as smoothly and as easily as possible. Nelson, thanks for making the day come together and directing Kelly and I when needed. You made the day run smoothly and it's a testament to your skills as a Banqueting Manager. Liz, thank you for dealing with my questions, the finances and sending me cheques when I needed it the most.
